![]() 3/29 SBS Inkigayo: ITZY – WANNABEįinishing off the week in music shows, ITZY picked up a win on “Inkigayo,” beating NCT 127 and BTS. Other acts including AboutU, Dreamcatcher, DONGKIZ, MCND, NCT 127, Sejeong and VICTON. Making comebacks on this episode of “Music Core” were ONEUS, Ong Seong Wu, Kang Daniel, K-TIGERS ZERo, Riaa, and U-Hee. “ON” competed against ITZY’s “WANNABE” and ZICO’s “Any song,” which has done a good job at staying on the charts as well.īTS did not appear on this show, as they stopped promoting on music shows a few weeks ago. Three come from “Show Champion,” one from “M! Countdown,” four from “Music Bank,” and three are from “Inkigayo.” The long-lasting ripple effect of BTS’ February release MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 stands, as the group achieved their fifth consecutive win of “Show! Music Core” for single “ON.” This makes it their 16th win in total. Other performances on the show were from AboutU, AleXa, DONGKIZ, Dreamcatcher, ELRIS, Hong Eunki, ITZY, MCND, Sejeong, VICTON, and Yezi. There were fewer comebacks on “Music Bank,” with only performances from K-TIGERS ZERO, Kang Daniel, Kisum, ONEUS, and Ong Seong Wu. The previous project by NCT 127 was mini-album We Are Superhuman, spearheaded by single “Superhuman.” In-between the time of that release and “Kick It,” 127 members Taeyong and Mark recorded for the debut album of SuperM. Down this week by 42 spots, the album now sits at 47, parallel to Travis Scott projects JACKBOYS and ASTROWORLD. The album comes off of NCT #127 Neo Zone and seen Western success, peaking at number five on the Billboard 200 charts. The song was paired against “ON” from BTS to win the show. Kwon Soonkwan’s performance of “To You” was also shown.įriday saw NCT 127 earn their first win for “Kick It,” which was also performed on the show. On Thursday, ITZY won again with “WANNABE.” They performed on the show, however, it was not a comeback stage as their promotional tour began last week on “M! Countdown.” ITZY outscored NCT 127’s “Kick It” to win the show. Boy band D.COY had a debut stage with the song “Color Magic.” 3/26 Mnet M! Countdown – ITZY – WANNABE ITZY got their first of four music show wins this week starting on Wednesday, with a win on MBC’s “Show Champion.” The group had previously won the week before on “M!
